Overview
The music awards organization is an organisation that serves to promote, motivate and encourange kouga musicians for a continuous skill upliftment. We host annual awards ceremonies to give back to the community by means of trying to fade or reduce the high number of unemployment, drug and substance abuse through these awards. We serve entertainment for musicians and other related art desciplines.
Drive:We are driven by your passion on music. We intend to notice or influence an increase of not less than 10% of people joining music around the district. Our aim is to expand the music industry and give back to thr community to raise and uplift thrle youth and other vulnerable young people. We do this through the show of your skills and through your recording.

Kouga District Music Awards is an annual actual award giving events. This happens through our discovered local music journey. KDMA has been driving through a path of causing distraction from negativities, reducing drug and alcohol abuse through music since 2015.

CEREMONY
We want all of our musicians to experience the impressive level of professionalism when working with Kouga District Music Awards. All of our events especially the ceremony, exist to make your music life easier and stress free, when it comes to support and exposure. You can trust us to try by any means to help you with promotion as well as top quality music recordings. Our annual main event include performances by artists from inside and outside our district.
We have a special selection document (OSD) which will be used to select, appoint a maximum of three nominee winners every year. Tjis document serves to keep track for progressive artists to be promoted. The artists that will be fortunate to be on this document or selected from a selection procedure, will benefit from Registration with Recording industry of South Africa (Risa) and South African Music Rights Organisation (SAMRO). After this first step, such selected artists will be set for a project recording, radio interviews, news paper articles, gigs and other relevant connections.
